Good Shepherd United Methodist Church is a congregation of people who value Jesus as Savior, the Bible as God’s Word, and human relationship as a means of experiencing God’s love in this world.  We are a combination of Biblical excitement and small town friendship.

The purpose of Good Shepherd can be summarized in three words: know, grow and go. Our purpose is to know God's awesome love and plan for our lives, to grow in God's grace and Word through discipleship and to go to share the love of Christ and make disciples of Christ (Mark 12:29-31; 1 Peter 2:1-3; Matthew 28:18-20).

Our overall mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ with the people of Benton Ridge, surrounding communities and the world.
